I’m 6’4”, so in keeping with the oversized look, I would have liked it if a larger size than XL (which is what I have) was offered; as is, the back comes down a couple of inches below my belt line. However, I think it still looks good on me. It’s lightweight with a comfortable cotton, almost like linen, and it’s as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. It’s unusual, a statement piece for sure, but if you can pull it off, I do think it’s pretty special.

Great addition to my wardrobe, it's so free, flowy, and light. It has a strange effect of really making your body look great by obfuscation in a stylized way. Absolutely love the quality of it though there are some loose thread ends here and there. I did have to buy 2 sizes up and order an XL as I'm typically an M in American sizes but that's just how it is with Asian clothing. I paired it with one of the shirts from this site (with buttons) and it looks great! Don't forget to accessorize fellas, mala beads pull it all together! Kimonoshi clothes seem to be sized for Asian- You need to tell Westerners than they need to order a larger than usual size to fit them. Question - do you have any size larger than XXL? for US customers? Your products are very good- keep them cotton if you can! Thank you.

Bought for my husband as a gift he really liked it and wears it all the time, the material is thick enough to cut the wind but not so thick as to make you too warm. He is 6’1” 220 lbs and the 2xl looks great on him! He likes to roll up the sleeves a little since they’re a bit long.

I love this jacket. Like the other jackets and shirts I purchased the men's medium fit me well. My usual size is women's medium or small depending. The fabric is really nice as are the tie details. It is a true black - not faded at all. I think the composition of the fabric is the same for each of the pieces. I will probably wash the shirts and dry clean the jackets.

I got it for my partner whose chest measured about 110 cm so we got the 2XL. (He normally wears XL in US sizes.) We got it and it was too small. Eventually Kimonoshi took care of the issue and we got a 4XL which fits great! Very happy overall, but wanted to encourage others to get two sizes bigger than you think.

The garments are too small or an odd shape- wide lower, but middle and shoulders too small, so order at least twice your size. The material is similar to linen. Beware of sudden unexpected COD import charges. Otherwise the style is good.

You should offer larger sizes for people in the USA I know we’re fat and all but it would just be nice to be able to find a good kimono that fits a 4xl USA shirt size comfortably I’m sure you’d get more customers from the USA since we are a bit bigger in body type than Japan not in all cases but a good portion of otakus are and they’d be the ones to get this stuff

-This is a great product- I'm 6'1" and ordered the 2XL Its a perfect fit. Sleeves sit at wrists when arms are down and come up to mid forearm with raised arms. Material isn't terribly soft but its not uncomfortable, even on bare skin. Shipping time was definitely reasonable. Highly recommend, go 2 sizes up, and HANDWASH ONLY!

Wear it at work when the a/c gets too cold. Though I normally wear US M/L, I ended up getting a 2XL based on the chart. Sizing chart was spot on, it fits comfortably while being loose. Looks pretty good on me. Wish it were available in grey/blue grey or a more subtle pattern, tho.
